| The main building has rooms that are river front and non river front with one or two beds. Shown here are our upper river front suites with either double queens or a single king and a day bed that makes two twins. |

| The mainbuilding (RBI) sits on a hill overlooking the beautiful Ohio river. Our sweeping lawns are perfect for reunions, weddings, car shows, and parties of all types! |
| The Pilot House is located across the parking lot (but still on top of the hill) overlooking the pool. The Pilot House has three single queen rooms on the lower level and two double rooms on the upper level. The upper level rooms have a connecting door which opens the rooms up to provide a perfect space for families. Both levels are fronted by outside sitting areas. |
