Large Groups: With over 50 rooms, 9 condos, and 6 cottages we have just what you need to make your get together the best possible. We can work with you on your needed space and with your budget. Give us a call today and let us work a deal just right for you!
Riverboat Inn and Suites Guest Rooms (not including festivals and special event weekends)
- 2nd deck suites, two queens or a king with trundle
- One two room Honeymoon/Get-A-Way suite with living room quarters
- 1st deck riverfront, one king or queen
- First floor non river front with one queen bed
- Pilot House second deck two beds
- Pilot House lower level poolside, one queen
Paddlewheel Guest Rooms (not including festivals and special event weekends)
Captain's Quarters & Captain's Cottages:
All rentals are 2 night minimum fully furnished. Bring your own pots & pans. Bring extra towels. All central heat & air unless otherwise noted.

We now have 6 rental houses right smack downtown just mere feet away from shopping, riverfront walk, and the wineries. Fully furnished. 1 bedroom/1 bath, 2 bedrooms/2 baths, and 3 bedrooms/2 baths all with full kitchen, A/C, and fireplace. Great view of the river & just south of the courthouse. 113 Jefferson Street:
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds. Total river view, central heat/AC, & fireplace.
117 & 119 Jefferson Street:
3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 queen beds, washer & dryers, hardwood floors, and beautiful river view.
121 A & B:
1 queen bed for A, 1 full bed for B, 1 bathroom, & window AC.
117 Central Avenue:
2 full beds in large bedroom, 1 bath, large living room&kitchen area. Great river view,next to festival property!
